Xie Jinbing

Xie Jinbing, professor and doctoral supervisor, was selected into the National High-level Talent Project “Torch Plan” and Nanjing Purple Mountain Talent Pioneer Plan Talent. He studied abroad in the Chemical Engineering Department of Wayne State University in the United States and the Nanomedicine Innovation Center in Japan. He has a multidisciplinary research background in life sciences, medical imaging, and biomedical engineering, and has long been engaged in research on multifunctional nanobiotechnology, molecular imaging, and disease treatment. In recent years, he has published more than 30 papers in internationally renowned journals such as Nature Nanotechnology, Chemical Society Reviews, Nature Biomedical Engineering, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Biomaterials, Theranostics, and Advanced Healthcare Materials. The research results have been highlighted and commented on by many media. He has received funding from the National High-level Talent Project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Youth Project, and the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Special Researcher Award. He was invited to serve as a guest editor for the SCI magazines Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology and Molecules, and has long been a reviewer for many international academic journals such as Biomaterials, Theranostics, Chemical Engineering Journal, and Biotechnology Journal.
