Xie Chunming, deputy director of the Department of Neurology, Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University, deputy director of the Neurology Teaching and Research Section, researcher, deputy chief physician, and doctoral supervisor. The main research directions include: basic and clinical research on Alzheimer’s disease, brain network mechanisms of depression and suicide, and neurocognitive and functional imaging research.

He has published nearly 100 articles, and is the first/corresponding author of 72 articles, including 48 SCI papers, published in top journals such as Molecular Psychiatry and NeuroImage. He won 8 provincial and ministerial awards, including the first prize of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education, the first prize of the Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize of the Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award, and was selected into the Jiangsu Province Mass Entrepreneurship Team (2018).
